 Sanitas and Medela are from single clove raw garlic that has been fermented under controlled conditions and temperature. This fermentation process changes its color and flavor and significantly increases the antioxidant activities of the garlic. Sanitas has one ingredient, a single clove of black garlic. Medela is 90% black garlic extract and 10% honey and ginger.
